An evocative sound immersion experience, journeying through each element and home to your true nature, your purest essence - your spirit. This is meant to be listened to ideally with earbuds in or headphones on, in a quiet environment, with no distractions present. It should be a time for your own mindfulness, healing and growth.

My hope is that you set an intention before listening - calling on the assistance of each element to help you release what you need to let go of, and embrace what you would like to bring in. Before sitting and listening, make sure your intention is clear. Emotions may arise, and that's perfect! Release what you need to let go of.

This release is meant to be listened to from beginning to end, but if you find a particular element calls to you, each track does well standing alone too. "Spirit", the last track, I would describe as the most uplifting and warm. Some of the elemental tracks have cooler and darker elements, meant for emotional connection and exploration.

I would love to hear your feedback on what arises for you as you tune in to each element, and how you feel after having completed the experience. This is my first full release of this nature so any and all feedback is welcome!

Jayne is a neurodiverse artist from Salmo, BC, Canada. A solo artist and multi-instrumentalist. She writes, records, and produces all her own music in her home studio. Most of her tunes build in intensity and have many rich layers of dreamy, ethereal guitars and lush vocal harmonies.
